Mediterranean passport, 1741 February 5.

Certificate of passage granted to the Sloop Three Friends, James Clark, master, bound from Boston to Madeira. Signed by Commissioners of Lord High Admiral of Great Britain. Verso has note dated 5 February 1741 by Governor William Shirley that the document was delivered to the master and a note signed by Consul Charles Chambers.
